One example of skills development that Thorcon Shotcrete and Shoring supports, is for our nozzlemen to become certified by the American Concrete Institute www.concrete.org. ACI Shotcrete
Certification Programs include: Shotcrete Nozzleman (Dry-Mix Process), Shotcrete Nozzleman-in-Training (Dry-Mix Process), Shotcrete Nozzleman (Wet-Mix Process), and the Shotcrete Nozzleman-in-Training (Wet-Mix Process). These certifications enable our crew members to create the beautiful sculpted shotcrete structures Thorcon is well known for.
